about

"Seminky" (which means "seeds" in Czech), is the result of three years of travels and experiments in France and The Czech Republic.

"Seminky" was built thanks to chance encounters with technicians, musicians, poets, and also marvelous humains who came to bring their own colors to my compositions. A host of characters took the opportunity to participate in the story: the cicadas of the Parc des Calanques, and Indian harmonium, a global virus, the utensils of my kitchen in Nantes, the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, old music boxes, a creaking old piano, the voice of a lady in loudspeakers in a South-Bohemian village...

"Seminky" is a mosaic born in my moving reality. The record was made with complete freedom and constant movement. I composed and recorded piano, various synths, some objets and small instruments. I also recorded the places that inspired many of the songs. I took care of the mixing, which is for me an inseparable part of the composition.

These movements mingled with those of my artist friends...
