(Re)Composé en 2009 (je crois, à une année près).

Dattola est l'une de ces belles rencontres artistique de l'époque MySpace, où soudain la musique de partout, hors médias principaux, devenait à portée d'oreille... Très séduits par nos univers musicaux respectifs, nous avons collaboré sur deux titres. A partir des prises voix de sa chanson, j'ai composé tout un arrangement qui change la tonalité de l'ensemble, qui passe en mode mineur, donc forcément plus mélancolique.

C'est avec ce travail que j'ai également découvert le logiciel Ableton Live, qui m'a libéré des limites de Fruity Loops. J'ai également pu enregistrer des sons avec du meilleur matériel. L'électronique et l'acoustique se confondent ici, avec des sources très diverses (allumettes, couvercle en métal, cithare allemande...).

(Re-)composed in 2009 (I believe, +/- 1 year).

Dattola is one of these beautiful artistic encounters of the MySpace era, where suddenly music from everywhere, outside of the main media outlets, arrived within earshot... Both seduced by our respective musical universes, we collaborated on two tracks. From the vocal recordings of his song, I composed a full arrangement which changes the tone of the whole, which goes into the minor mode, inevitably more melancholic.

It was while working on this that I discovered the Ableton Live software, which freed me from the limitations of Fruity Loops. I was also able to record sounds with better material. Electronics and acoustics merge here, from very diverse sources (matches, metal cover, German zither...).
